Question : When does PatientGain bill me?
Answer: You are billed on the 25th – 29th of every month for the following month on your creditcard. We require a signed creditcard authorization on file for all service.
Question : Can I pay by a check or invoice?
Answer: PatientGain does not accept checks or invoice billing. All payments are by credit card or debit cards with VISA logo on debit cards.
Question : Which Credit Cards do you accept?
Answer: PatientGain accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Credit Cards.
